The most popularly used metal to get these stones designed and studded on have been platinum and gold.

We are giving a wide range of choice to our customers in choosing the stone they would like the gemstone earrings designed in. The stones that are available for the earrings are: Amethyst, Ruby, Pink Sapphire, Blue Sapphire, Tanzanite and Tsavorite. You can choose any out of the given range and get the earrings personalized accordingly. earrings are available in as single stud or as a pair of two.

Each platinum earring has been exquisitely designed by our designers to bring out the best craftsmanship and stand up to your expectations. We make sure that each and every earring is personalized according to your specifications and are completely skin-friendly. The price of your earrings depends upon your choice of stone and back that you prefer. Wear them to any occasion and we ensure you that you will be taken aback by the admiration you receive.

Delivery Information

All of our jewellery items are hand made by our on site goldsmiths. Orders take on average 7 to 14 working days to complete. This is because we don't want to rush your orders and in so doing, possibly compromise the quality - however we aim to complete orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods delivery may take longer.

If you place a custom order, we will discuss the production time with you as part of the ordering process.

If you select the UPS delivery option at checkout, your order will be prioritised and will usually be dispatched within 48 hours, not including weekends–an order placed on Thursday may not be mailed until the following Tuesday.

Once made, sterilised, checked and packaged, all items are sent via recorded, signed-for delivery. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an online tracking number.

Regular 1st Class Delivery: FREE 2-3 working days. Only available on orders under £50.

Signed For 1st Class Delivery: Free of charge at the moment, 2-3 working days. Signed for, no insurance.

Special Delivery: Free of charge at the moment, 1 working day. Signed for, insured.

 

USA & Canada

Regular International Delivery: FREE, 10-15 working days.

FedEx International Courier Delivery: £90 GBP, 2-3 working days.

 

Europe

Regular International Delivery: FREE, 7-10 working days.

FedEx International Courier Delivery: £90 GBP, 2-3 working days.

 

Australia & New Zealand

Regular International Delivery: £7.00 GBP, 10-15 working days.

FedEx International Courier Delivery: £90 GBP, 2-3 working days.

Insured International Delivery: £8.15 GBP, 10-15 working days.

 

We do ship to most places; please contact us for more details on delivery to specific countries.

We cannot ship via courier to a PO Box address.

 

Please note, these delivery times are counted from when the order is shipped and do not include the production times.

 

Very rarely, delivery can take longer due to unforeseen circumstances within the postal service. We cannot be held responsible for this delay, although we will do everything we can to help in this situation.

 

We cannot be held liable for any extra charges (eg customs charges) added to packages by delivery companies. This is for inbound and outbound post. If you are sending something back to us for exchange or alteration make sure to clearly mark the package with 'Goods Returned'.

If, for some reason, your order gets lost in transit we will send out a replacement free of charge. We have to wait for the order to be missing for 25 working days before we can claim the order as lost, so we will not send the replacement until this time has passed. We request a proof of delivery signature for all items we send out so if the order has been signed for we will not send a replacement.

 

Track Your Order

When you place an order with us we will send you an online tracking number once your order is shipped. This means you will be able to get up to date delivery information on your package.*

If you are in the UK, you will be able to track your order with Royal Mail.

If you are outside the UK, you will be able to track it initially with Royal Mail until it leaves the UK, then your national post website. The main ones are:

Measuring An Existing Ring

To get the size of your ring, measure from the inside edge across at the widest point.

With a ring it’s down to personal preference, some like big, some like small, some say that size is not important. However don’t go too small as this may constrict your pierce. We recommend size 10mm (USA 0.4") or 12mm (USA 0.47") for most navels.

Nipples can vary immensely so use your common sense. You can always buy steel as this is a very cheap way to find out what size you are comfortable with.

  

Buying As A Gift

If you are buying as a gift and have not managed to discreetly measure or find the recipients correct size don’t worry, order a 12mm or USA 1/2". If it is too long you can then just post it back to us via national or international recorded delivery, for shortening to any length.

Remember it is not easy and is more expensive to have the shaft extended. For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any bar once removed from the view bag, unless they are faulty.
