Light Blue Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Nose Stud. This nose stud was made for one of our frequent customers Terri. She loves yellow gold and light blue stones, so we sourced some of these light blue sapphires for her to create this twist on our regular fllower cluster nose stud. We set the middle stone with a 1.4mm diamond for some added sparkle!
